Operations Assistant Job Description

Objective:

Xssentials is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team at our Aspen, CO location.

Job Duties:

Assist in coordinating and monitoring operational activities across departments
Support inventory management and logistics
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in ConnectWise Software
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Assist with scheduling, project updates, and tracking task completion
Provide daily reports to management on operational progress, project updates, and task status
