Studio Concierge

Base State Longevity | Aspen, Colorado

About Base State

Base State is a modern longevity and wellness studio in Aspen, bringing together evidence-based medicine, advanced wellness therapies, and restorative practices under one roof.

Our services include longevity medicine and diagnostics, IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, compression therapy, massage, and other wellness services.

We’re looking for a Studio Concierge to help create the warm, polished and seamless experience our clients expect from Base State.

The Role

The Studio Concierge is at the heart of the Base State client experience. You’ll welcome clients, coordinate appointments, answer questions about our services, prepare treatment spaces, and help keep the studio clean and running smoothly.

This is not a traditional front-desk role. You’ll move throughout the studio, anticipate what clients and the team need, and take ownership of the little details that make an experience feel exceptional.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience

Warmly welcome and check in clients
Guide clients through the studio and explain our services and amenities
Anticipate client needs and create a thoughtful, high-touch experience
Answer questions in person, by phone, text and email
Help clients choose and book appropriate services, packages and memberships
Process payments and assist with retail purchases
Build genuine relationships with our regular clients and remember their preferences

Studio Operations

Manage appointments, scheduling and client profiles through our booking system
Prepare treatment and recovery spaces between clients including resetting sauna, cold plunge and recovery areas between appointments
Keep the studio immaculate, organized and fully stocked throughout the day
Manage towels, laundry, amenities and supplies
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Monitor the studio throughout your shift and proactively address anything that needs attention
Support nurses, practitioners and other team members to keep the client experience flowing smoothly

Sales & Service

Develop a strong understanding of Base State's services and wellness technologies
Confidently explain memberships, packages and services
Help convert inquiries and walk-ins into bookings
Recommend additional services when genuinely appropriate for the client
Support studio promotions, events and special experiences

Who We’re Looking For

You’re naturally warm, polished and attentive. You notice the details, enjoy taking care of people, and don’t need to be asked to jump in when something needs doing. You’re a team player but can also work independently. You’re genuinely passionate about health and wellness and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are quite the same.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, fitness, spa or another client-facing environment
Are personable, confident and comfortable speaking with a wide range of clients
Have exceptional attention to detail
Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities without becoming flustered
Take initiative and look for what needs to be done
Are comfortable learning booking software and wellness technologies
Have a genuine interest in health, wellness and longevity
Are comfortable working in an active role rather than just sitting behind a desk
Are dependable, professional and a strong team player
Are available to work some weekends and peak-season shifts

Previous wellness experience is a plus, but hospitality mindset matters more to us than knowing every modality on day one. We’ll teach you the Base State approach.
