Full Job Description

American Custom Contractors is seeking a driven and self-motivated Full Cycle Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you excel at building rapport, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the entire sales journey from initial contact to a signed agreement, this is the opportunity for you.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, managing every aspect of the sales process. You will conduct in-home consultations, present our high-quality building and construction solutions, and close deals. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate independently to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods.
Schedule and conduct in-home appointments to understand client needs and project requirements.
Perform detailed product demonstrations and present customized solutions tailored to each client's unique situation.
Effectively address customer questions and concerns, building trust and confidence.
Negotiate terms and conditions, and skillfully close sales to meet and exceed targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in our CRM system.
Continuously seek opportunities to expand your client base and build long-term relationships.
Travel to client locations to conduct consultations and presentations.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful sales professionals can expect to earn between $90,000 and $150,000 annually, with unlimited upside based on performance and dedication.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
Proficiency in consultative selling techniques, focusing on understanding and meeting customer needs.
Skill in conducting engaging and informative in-home product demonstrations.
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills to connect with clients in their personal space.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, delivered with professionalism and respect.
A self-directed and motivated approach to managing your territory and sales activities.
Comfort and willingness to travel to client appointments.
