Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Coordinator is an essential role that is responsible for providing administrative support to our in-house sales team, by serving as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and coordinate Sales Executives’ sales efforts
Process sales purchase orders, enter quotes manually and in e-commerce site
Work in multiple systems when processing orders
Review required documents for accuracy and completeness
Create, update, and maintain customer information in HubSpot CRM
Provide a positive customer experience
Handle inbound calls, emails, and website requests
Field product and process questions from customers

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a CRM system
Ability to work in multiple systems concurrently
Attention to detail is mandatory
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Self-direction and resourcefulness

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

A background working in a sales-oriented environment
Previous sales administrative support experience preferred
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Personable and can-do attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, and deadline driven environmen
