With Kukui House Services we are so thankful that we offer Consistent Year-Round Work, Plus Summer Bonus of $2.00-$3.00/hr extra, vacation pay, cell phone pay, mileage pay between homes and shop, eco-friendly cleaning products, cleaning equipment, IRA matching and 3 fun social gatherings per year.

About the Role

Kukui House Services is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented individual for a dual position that combines online guest service management with house cleaning. If you thrive on variety, take pride in hospitality and cleanliness, and enjoy team commoradary , this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Guest Services

Respond to online inquiries and booking requests
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
Provide prompt, friendly communication to ensure a 5-star experience
Troubleshoot guest issues and manage expectations

Cleaning & Property Care

Clean and prepare home to high standards
Restock supplies and report maintenance needs
Ensure each property feels welcoming and spotless

Requirements

Must live in Cannon Beach or Seaside, OR
Hospitality experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and perform cleaning tasks weekly
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Comfortable with mobile apps, printers, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop
Excellent typing and texting skills
Background check required
