Job Description:

We are currently looking for a BC/BE pediatrician to join our physician-owned pediatric primary care practice in Atascadero, CA (San Luis Obispo County).

Our practice was established in 1985 and remains the only pediatric primary care practice in a community of more than 30,000 residents, offering the incoming provider an excellent opportunity to build a thriving practice.
We are looking for a provider who has planted roots in the community (or intends to), as we strongly value continuity of care. We have a strong reputation in the community with very loyal patients, and often find ourselves caring for second (and sometimes third) generations.
Our team is comprised of 2 board certified pediatricians, 1 pediatric nurse practitioner, and a tenured support staff that work collaboratively to best serve our patients.
We provide the full spectrum of outpatient pediatric primary care for ages 0-18, including well visits, sick visits, school and sports physicals, and some minor outpatient procedures. No newborn nursery rounding is required.
Our full-time schedule is 4 days per week, though the option to work part-time is also available; flexible hours, and no evenings or weekends.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic provider to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of children and adolescents in our community while enjoying ample work-life balance.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $210,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
