Job Description
MAVS Ventures LLC is looking for motivated independent sales representatives and referral partners with connections in the event, hospitality, AV production, trade show, and corporate meeting industries.
We provide skilled AV labor and production support for conferences, trade shows, corporate events, hotels, venues, and production companies. Our services include audio, video, lighting, staging, LED, projection, breakout room support, general AV techs, and labor coordination.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has relationships with event planners, hotel sales teams, venue managers, production companies, corporate meeting planners, or AV industry contacts.
This is a commission-based opportunity. You earn when the client you bring in books and pays for services.
Responsibilities
* Identify and refer potential clients needing AV labor or production support
* Build relationships with event planners, venues, hotels, production companies, and corporate clients
* Introduce MAVS Ventures to qualified decision-makers
* Help generate new business opportunities
* Maintain professional communication with prospects
* Track leads and client introductions
* Work independently with flexible hours
Ideal Candidate
* Has existing connections in AV, events, hotels, venues, trade shows, or corporate meetings
* Experience in sales, business development, event planning, hospitality, or production is preferred
* Comfortable making introductions and following up with prospects
* Self-motivated and professional
* Strong communication skills
* Understands relationship-based sales
* Able to work independently

Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.
Commission is paid after the client pays MAVS Ventures.
Possible commission structures may include:
* Percentage of paid invoice
* Percentage of gross profit

* Possible recurring commission on approved accounts
Final commission structure will be discussed before starting.
