Full Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team.

Key Responsibilities:

Work daily in Eleads and Mastermind to reach out to every customer checking into the service drive.
Engage customers in a professional, friendly manner to introduce the opportunity for a complimentary vehicle appraisal.
Review upgrade and vehicle replacement options with customers.
Once a customer agrees, transition them to a salesperson who will complete the process.

Qualifications:

Eleads experience is a must.
Experience with Mastermind is highly preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
Previous dealership BDC or automotive sales/service experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Plan: Hourly pay plus bonuses based on:
Customers delivered to a salesperson
Cars sold
Performance level bonuses
Earning Potential: $60,000 – $85,000 annually
Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
One day off during the week
Benefits: Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
