Our ideal candidate is a result-driven individual with the ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment. Knowledge of internet sales and customer relationship management software is a plus. We provide paid on-site training and potential for growth within the company. We prefer to promote from within.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and foster long-term customer relationships
Work as primary point of contact for customer base, assisting with all current and future customer purchasing needs and automotive questions
Utilize our proven sales processes to meet monthly team and personal sales goals
Coordinate with service and parts department, body shop, finance department, and admin office to ensure customer needs are met
Achieve and maintain sales certifications, including working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs
Assist in maintenance of customer database
Use CRM tool to follow up with current, prospective and past customers to ensure positive experience
Identify and work to improve upon areas of opportunity

Job Requirements:

Strong work ethic and professional appearance
Upbeat, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Goal oriented personality with a desire to succeed
Understanding of basic phone and email etiquette
Valid driver’s license with a good record
Must be able to work a schedule of Monday - Saturday with a scheduled day off per week
