Join Our Team!

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused team member to join our orthodontic practice as a Marketing Coordinator and back up/fill in Scheduling Coordinator. We have an office in Snellville and Monroe and this role requires days in each office. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, engaging with patients, coordinating events, and bringing creative marketing ideas to life while helping create an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Community Engagement

Coordinate and manage the practice's social media presence across multiple platforms.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content that reflects our brand and culture.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, patient contests, referral programs, community events and referral deliveries. (Must have reliable transportation)
Coordinate school, community, and local business outreach opportunities.
Track marketing initiatives and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Assist with photography, video content, and patient testimonials.

Patient Experience & Relationship Building

Develop meaningful relationships with patients and families.
Create memorable experiences that encourage patient engagement and referrals.
Promote contests, events, and practice activities to patients.
Serve as a positive ambassador for the practice both inside and outside the office.
Help maintain a fun, welcoming, and energetic office atmosphere.

Front Office Support

Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
Assist and fill in when someone is out with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in daily operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is:

Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable engaging with patients of all ages and building genuine relationships.
Self-motivated and capable of following established plans and systems.
Creative, enthusiastic, and proactive.
Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using social media platforms and basic technology tools.
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented.

Preferred Experience

Experience in marketing, customer service, hospitality, event planning, or healthcare.
Social media management experience is a plus.
Dental or orthodontic experience is helpful but not required—we can train the right person.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
