Associate Attorney- Transactional

We are seeking a Transactional Attorney to join its Braselton, Georgia office. This role is ideal for an attorney with some experience in residential real estate transactions and closings who enjoys client interaction, detail-oriented work, and being part of a respected real estate-focused legal team.

Responsibilities

Handle residential real estate closings from start to finish
Review title, closing documents, contracts, and settlement statements
Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal team members
Identify and resolve title or closing-related issues
Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent client service throughout the closing process

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
Experience with residential real estate closings preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
Professional, client-focused demeanor
