Group Fitness Instructor | LuminaFit
Pay: $18–$30+ per class based on experience, certifications, and class format

Expected Hours: 10–15 hours per week preferred

LuminaFit is seeking passionate, energetic, and motivating instructors to join our founding team as we launch a one-of-a-kind boutique fitness and wellness studio in Winder, Georgia.
We are looking for instructors who create an experience — not just a workout.
Whether your expertise is in dance fitness, strength training, Pilates, yoga, barre, mobility, functional fitness, chair fitness, senior fitness, or wellness-based movement, we would love to hear from you.

Duties
- Lead safe, engaging, and motivating group fitness classes for a variety of fitness levels.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and inclusive class environment where members feel encouraged and successful.
- Bring positive energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism into every class.
- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and movement modifications as needed.
- Help members build confidence, strength, energy, and consistency in their wellness journey.
- Make members feel welcome, supported, and excited to return.
- Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes and studio responsibilities.
- Assist with class setup, equipment organization, and light studio reset before and after classes.
- Support member check-in, connection, and overall studio experience as needed.
- Help promote upcoming classes, events, memberships, and LuminaFit community offerings.
- Participate in training, team meetings, special events, open houses, and studio growth opportunities when available.
- Represent the LuminaFit brand with positivity, professionalism, encouragement, and enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications
- Group fitness certification preferred, such as ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, ISSA, Yoga Alliance, Pilates certification, or equivalent.
- Previous group fitness instruction experience preferred.
- CPR/AED certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Background in dance, fitness, athletics, wellness, physical therapy, healthcare, coaching, teaching, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and people skills required.
- Must be comfortable leading groups and creating an encouraging class environment.
- Must be dependable, professional, energetic, and passionate about helping others.
