About the Role:
- Setting: 100% Remote Consult-Liaison Psychiatry (Emergency Department & Inpatient)
- Compensation: 1099 | Starting at $185/hour with a robust productivity-based compensation model designed to maximize earnings
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for qualified full-time hires
- Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred)
- Schedule: Full-time nocturnist schedule (13–16 overnight shifts per month), including rotating weekend coverage (1-2 shifts a month)
- NP Supervision: Collaborate with highly trained Iris PMHNP

Qualifications:
- Active medical license, IMLC Letter of Qualification is a plus.
- Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program
- Board Certification in Psychiatry required
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency Consult-Liaison Psychiatry experience via telehealth
- Experience and willingness to evaluate patients ages 5+ in Emergency Department settings
- Telehealth experience using Epic EMR required
- Comfortable working across multiple health systems and varying levels of patient acuity
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
