Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the highest quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality

Job Type: Full-time
