Your Role:
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our practice, ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and creating a positive experience.
Managing patient scheduling - in person, over the phone, and via email.
Confirming appointments and providing helpful reminders.
Verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining authorizations.
Handling transactions for copays and purchases at check-out.
Utilizing electronic medical records and maintaining accurate documentation.
Supporting office operations with tasks like scanning, faxing, and filing.
