Full Job Description

We are a busy real estate office seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our agents, manage daily office operations, and assist with marketing and client communication.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Assist agents with transaction paperwork from contract to closing
Maintain digital files and ensure compliance with brokerage policies
Communicate with clients, vendors, and agents via email, text, and phone
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and showings
Create marketing materials for listings and promotions
Post and manage social media content for listings and office updates
Input and update property listings in MLS and other software platforms
Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and inspectors
Order signs, lockboxes, and marketing materials for listings

Qualifications

Administrative or office management experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
Ability to create basic marketing materials and social media posts
Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
Real estate experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Skills

Experience with MLS or real estate transaction software
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Social media management experience
Google Workspace experience
Handling money/deposits

Schedule

Monday – Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
