Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Office Secretary to join our team! This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to foster a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with warmth and professionalism
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee office management tasks
Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience
Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Brightspeed and other computer applications to streamline administrative processes

Skills

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
Knowledge of bookkeeping, filing systems, and office management procedures
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
