ABOUT THE ROLE

TRC Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Epic Program Manager – Readiness & Adoption to join a growing healthcare organization on a contract-to-hire basis. This organization is a premier, rapidly expanding physical therapy and outpatient rehabilitation enterprise currently leading a large-scale clinical quality and workflow optimization initiative designed to transform the patient journey from initial referral through completion of care.

This high-visibility role will serve as the strategic lead for Epic application readiness, go-live execution, adoption, and stabilization efforts across newly acquired clinics and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will act as the critical link between Clinical Technology, partner IT teams, and clinic operations to ensure successful implementations while maintaining consistency, quality, and operational continuity across a rapidly growing network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the readiness, adoption, and stabilization strategy for enterprise-wide Epic go-lives and newly acquired clinic integrations.
Serve as the primary liaison between Clinical Technology, partner IT teams, and clinic operations throughout implementation and stabilization activities.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful go-live execution and minimize operational disruptions.
Drive workflow adoption and ensure standardized processes are consistently implemented across multiple partner organizations.
Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify risks that could impact timelines, adoption, or patient care outcomes.
Enforce quality standards and governance processes to ensure workflow decisions are adhered to across diverse operating environments.
Resolve complex implementation and adoption challenges while balancing operational needs and patient care priorities.
Provide strategic guidance and best practices to support long-term Epic optimization and organizational growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Extensive senior-level IT Program Management experience supporting Epic readiness, implementation, adoption, and stabilization initiatives.
Epic Expertise: Proven experience leading large-scale Epic go-lives, organizational conversions, and post-implementation adoption efforts.
Multi-Instance Epic Experience: Demonstrated success implementing and supporting Epic across multiple healthcare organizations and environments.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence, align, and build consensus among executive leadership, operational teams, clinical stakeholders, and technology partners.
Healthcare Operations: Strong understanding of clinical workflows, operational processes, and healthcare technology integration.
Program Leadership: Experience managing complex, high-visibility programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines.
Communication Skills: Exceptional executive presence, presentation skills, and relationship management capabilities.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, address adoption challenges, and drive successful outcomes in fast-paced environments.
