Position Summary
The Lash & Brow Artist will provide exceptional beauty services while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is confident in performing lash extension services and brow treatments, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and is committed to continued education and growth within the beauty industry.

Services You'll Perform
The ideal candidate must be experienced and confident in providing:
- Classic Lash Extensions
- Hybrid Lash Extensions
- Volume Lash Extensions
- Brow Tinting
- Brow Henna
- Brow Waxing
- Lash removal and lash maintenance (preferred)
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional lash and brow services while ensuring each client receives a customized treatment based on their facial features, lifestyle, and desired look.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client expectations, explain procedures, and recommend the most appropriate services.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with state board regulations and Eden Beauty Bar standards.
Deliver consistent, high-quality work while managing appointment times efficiently.
Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend retail products when appropriate.
Accurately document client information, service notes, allergies, and preferences.
Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a polished appearance at all times.
Assist in maintaining a welcoming salon atmosphere for every guest.
Help support salon promotions, seasonal campaigns, and client appreciation events.
Create professional photo and video content of completed work for social media (when client permission is granted).
Stay current on lash and brow trends, techniques, products, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience performing lash extension services
- Strong experience with Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash sets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Existing clientele (not required)
- Experience with brow tinting, brow henna, and brow waxing
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required by state law)
- Experience with social media content creation
- Retail sales experience
- Certification in advanced lash techniques
