Focus People is recruiting a Sales & Client Services Agent on behalf of an established Georgia bail-services organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in inside sales, customer service, call centers, hospitality, financial services, reservations, collections, or other customer-facing environments who wants a stable career with a base salary and additional performance-based earning potential.
Previous bail-bond experience is not required.
The employer provides extensive hands-on training and is looking for someone who is dependable, persuasive, comfortable communicating with people from all walks of life, able to learn new systems, and motivated to build a long-term career.
As a Sales & Client Services Agent, you will assist individuals and families who are trying to arrange the release of a loved one from jail. Customers are often dealing with stressful or unfamiliar circumstances, so the ability to remain calm, professional, helpful, and nonjudgmental is extremely important.
This position combines inside sales, customer service, financial conversations, administrative responsibilities, and detailed case follow-up.

Answer inbound telephone calls and assist walk-in customers.
Treat qualified inquiries as opportunities to earn the customer's business.
Explain the bail-bond process clearly and professionally.
Gather information needed to evaluate, prepare, and process bonds.
Discuss and negotiate pricing, collateral, payment arrangements, and agreement terms within company guidelines.
Prepare, review, execute, and submit bond documentation.
Process payments and maintain accurate customer and financial records.
Communicate electronically with courts, jails, attorneys, and other appropriate parties.
Follow up on missing documentation, payments, payment plans, and other customer obligations.
Manage multiple active customers and cases simultaneously.
Maintain accurate information within CRM, email, payment-processing, and proprietary systems.
Review documentation carefully for accuracy and completeness.
Protect confidential customer and case information.
Work toward established sales and performance goals.
Develop professional referral relationships with criminal-defense attorneys and other appropriate contacts.
Assist employees at other company locations with calls, payments, paperwork, inventory, and coverage when needed.
Complete occasional authorized business travel to jails, courthouses, government facilities, other company offices, or approved satellite locations.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
This is a customer-service position with an important sales component.

This position is primarily office-based and focused on sales, customer service, documentation, financial conversations, and case management.
Employees do not:
Pursue or apprehend individuals.
Transport defendants.
Conduct home visits.
Restrain or arrest anyone.
Perform fugitive-recovery duties.
Perform traditional security or law-enforcement duties.
This position follows a continuous four-days-on/four-days-off rotation.
Assigned Shift: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
The four-on/four-off rotation continues throughout the calendar year. Because scheduled workdays move through the week, employees will work weekdays, weekends, and holidays depending on where those days fall within their rotation.
Candidates must be able to commit reliably to the complete assigned schedule.
Employees generally receive four consecutive days off following each four-day work rotation.
Overnight employees must be comfortable working independently for extended periods and remaining productive and responsive during both busy and slower portions of the shift.
Occasionally, an employee may need to remain beyond the scheduled end of a shift to complete an active customer transaction or until proper coverage arrives.
New employees receive extensive hands-on training.
During approximately the first 2–3 weeks, training generally takes place:
Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Training hours may vary somewhat based on business needs.
Candidates applying for overnight positions must still be available to attend daytime training.
Employees should maintain flexibility with their schedules during approximately the first 4–6 weeks of employment.
Training may take place at multiple company locations and with several experienced team members.
The company uses a 90-day introductory period, although individual progression is based on demonstrated readiness.

New Bail Bond Agents begin at an annualized introductory compensation rate of approximately:
$37,440 per year
Once management determines that the employee is prepared to perform the position independently, compensation transitions to an annual base salary generally ranging from:
$39,000–$41,600 per year
The timing of this transition is based on the employee's individual training progress and demonstrated readiness. The transition is not automatically tied to a specific date.
Employees may also become eligible for additional performance-based compensation, including:
Commission opportunities.
Monthly performance incentives.
Additional incentives for exceeding established performance goals.
Eligibility for commissions and incentives is based on training progress, management approval, and individual or office performance.
The employer estimates that a dependable employee consistently meeting performance expectations may earn approximately $44,000 or more in total annual compensation.
High performers have additional earning potential.

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have been a Georgia resident for at least one year.
Have current Georgia identification.
Have a valid driver's license.
Maintain current automobile insurance.
Have reliable personal transportation available throughout the assigned shift.
Be able to satisfy applicable county requirements for Bail Bond Agent approval.
Be able to work the assigned 12-hour shift.

Be available to work weekends and holidays when they fall within the scheduled rotation.
Be available for daytime training during the initial training period.
Be comfortable working within the bail-bond industry.

County approval requirements vary, and final licensing eligibility is determined by the appropriate governmental authority.
