Full Job Description

Cherokee Town & Country Club is hiring a Fine Dining Manager to lead our Town Club restaurant in Buckhead. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows fine dining, understands high-touch service, and can lead a team to deliver a polished, consistent member experience every day.

Salary: $95,000 to $100,000 based on experience, plus a strong benefits package:

About the Role
The Fine Dining Manager oversees both the Fine Dining Restaurant and Main Bar, a combined operation generating over $1.25 million annually. This role owns the full guest experience, service standards, and day-to-day operations.

The Main Bar is a key focus. You will manage and elevate a high-end cocktail program, with a strong understanding of premium spirits, bar operations, and consistency in execution.

In the dining room, you will lead from the floor. You will engage directly with members, anticipate preferences, and ensure every experience feels personal and elevated. You will also coach and hold your team accountable to high service standards that align with Michelin and Forbes-level expectations.

Schedule
Start time between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM and off by 11:00 PM
Scheduled days off: Sunday and Monday (except major holidays)

What We Require

7+ years of progressive restaurant management experience
Strong background in fine dining operations
Experience managing beverage programs, including wine and craft cocktails
Solid understanding of service standards, guest relations, and team leadership
Strong communication and presence on the floor
Experienced in reporting metrics to executives and stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
ServSafe and TIPS certifications preferred
