Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented F&I Manager to lead our finance and insurance department. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, presenting insurance options, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our dealership’s growth. Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships by explaining finance options, insurance products, and extended warranties clearly and confidently
Lead the loan approval process by analyzing credit reports, verifying income, and completing necessary documentation efficiently
Present upselling opportunities such as additional coverage plans, service contracts, and protection products to maximize dealership profitability
Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing deals while maintaining transparency and integrity
Ensure all contracts comply with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and accurately process title work and loan paperwork using financial software
Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine appropriate financing solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including deal documentation, credit reports, and compliance paperwork

Skills

Proven experience in customer relationship management within automotive or financial services environments
Strong background in loan processing, credit analysis, and contract negotiations
Familiarity with dealership operations, automobile sales processes, and title processing procedures
Knowledge of financial software systems used for loan origination and documentation management
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive sales approach to upselling finance products
Basic math proficiency including 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry
Deep understanding of TILA regulations to ensure legal compliance during financing transactions
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently
Experience with auto dealership sales processes and familiarity with dealership-specific systems
