A day in the life.

As our Administrative Assistant on the McGriff Specialty Team , you will:

Greet visitors to the Atlanta office and direct visitors to appropriate party. Providing coordination for meetings, conference rooms, as well as assisting in office related events and planning Provide administrative help to assist teammates with expense reporting Provide travel assistance to teammates Assist in procuring needs for office – supplies, liaison for relationship with building management Assistance with mail and packages Assist with employee onboarding in procuring IT, badge access, and cubicle preparation for new hires Prepare or organize documents to assist with ongoing strategic projects. Provide other support to team members as needed

1. College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience

2. Highly effective written / verbal communication and facilitation skills

3. Proven ability to act with responsiveness, urgency and professionalism in all matters while prioritizing responsibilities and proactively accomplishing goals

4. Exhibited ability to work independently.

5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
