Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Furniture Sales Specialist, where you'll drive growth by connecting healthcare providers with innovative, high-quality furniture solutions designed to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise within the medical and scientific equipment industry, focusing on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored product demonstrations. Responsibilities

Develop and manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and medical facilities.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of healthcare furniture solutions, ensuring clients understand how products meet their specific needs.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, personalized service, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while aligning product offerings with client requirements and budget considerations.
Manage sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams on technical specifications, product customization, and delivery schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Experience

Proven success in outside B2B (business-to-business) sales within the healthcare or scientific/medical equipment sectors.
Demonstrated ability in territory management, account management, and meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience in deal closing and enterprise selling techniques.
Technical sales experience related to medical or scientific equipment is highly desirable, along with familiarity with pharmaceutical or medical device markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; CRM systems experience is essential for tracking customer interactions effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and build rapport with diverse clients.
Organizational skills that support efficient scheduling of field visits, follow-ups, and client communications to maximize sales productivity.
