Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
Handle front desk responsibilities, including checking in appointments, scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity software.
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting client communication, and offering support as a personal assistant when needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Manage calendar appointments for staff or executives to optimize time management.

Experience

Proven clerical experience in an office environment with familiarity in front desk operations.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
Experience managing phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style.
Knowledge of office management practices, including filing systems, calendar management, and document proofreading.
Technical proficiency in office productivity software combined with strong time management skills ensures high productivity levels.
