As an independent insurance agency, we represent a diverse portfolio of insurance companies that enables our expert agents to effectively compare rates and coverage to ensure our clients receive the quality protection they deserve.

We are currently looking for insurance professionals to join our team:

"AGENTS AND LOCATIONS' ASSISTANTS" (Policy Service)

Office Assistance.
Deal directly with customers and/or producers either by telephone, electronically or face to face respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle insurance product and service inquiries provide pricing and delivery information
Perform customer verifications
Pet up new customer accounts
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Manage customers' accounts
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
Maintain customer databases
Reconcile insurance companies monthly commission statements
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service pro

The candidates must meet the following requirements,

Some college education
Computer end-user Proficient
Microsoft and Google products proficient
Eligible to work in the US
Excellent communication skills.
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Sales & Customer service experience.
Vehicle in good conditions
Obtain necessary insurance licensed within 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,562.00 - $29,562.00 per year
