Now Hiring: Full-Time or Part-Time Salon Receptionist / Assistant

Salon Zahra | East Cobb, Marietta, GA

Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience?

Salon Zahra is looking for a reliable, positive, and detail-oriented Salon Receptionist / Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, texts, and appointment inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using salon software
Check clients in and out while providing excellent customer service
Respond to new client inquiries and leads
Shampoo clients and assist stylists as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready salon
Recommend and sell professional retail products
Support daily salon operations and assist the team wherever needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous salon, spa, or customer service experience (preferred)
Is dependable, organized, and proactive
Has excellent communication and people skills
Enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Pays close attention to detail
Learns quickly and takes initiative
Has experience with salon software or is eager to learn
