Full Job Description

Base salary (no negative accrual), balanced case loads 6-8 clients each, opportunities for multiple telehealth days weekly, sign on incentive bonus program, and relocation stipend assistance available, and competitive treatment-based incentive pay.

New grads and BCBAs encouraged to apply! We can help with the licensure process and credentialing to set newly licensed BCBAs up for success. Mentorship throughout your career to support professional growth, development, and client-centered care. Access to our leadership coach and team of experienced therapists to support new graduates.

$20,000 sign on incentive bonus available for full-time BCBAs in Morrow, plus biweekly incentive bonuses on top of base salary! Add over $10,000 to base salary in addition to sign on incentive bonus through treatment-based bonuses . Relocation stipend available to bring new BCBAs to the area, at either our Woodstock or Morrow locations. Ask about telehealth hybrid (1099) and part time (W2) options as well.

We are excited to be able to offer the unique opportunity of a clinic-based BCBA with remote telehealth opportunities in your work week. This blended hybrid position balances the clinical advantages of a traditional clinic based position with the flexibility of a remote telehealth BCBA. Work from home and work remote opportunities are available, in addition to in-clinic support, resources, and services. As a hybrid clinician, you benefit from on-site care and services, and flexibility to work some remote opportunities. Earn additional telehealth opportunities through our tiered incentive program.

As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday.

Hybrid full-time BCBA benefits include:

$20,000 sign on bonus incentive available for full time positions in Morrow, paid out quarterly over three years. Option for a two year sign on bonus incentive as well.
Base salary $80,000 - 95,000 (protected biweekly) + up to $20,000 in sign on bonus and $10,000 in treatment-based incentive pay, making $110,000+ annually achievable. Base salary amount does NOT have negative accrual for productivity rates. Base amount does not include a stackable sign on bonus for full time positions.
Relocation stipend available for distance BCBAs.
Eligibility to receive biweekly incentive bonuses

Hybrid remote BCBA job expectations:

Implementing an appropriate assessment tool based on client’s needs or insurance requirements prior to the individual deadlines
A caseload of approximately 6-8 kids is to be maintained based on number of full and part time clients
Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
Perform 1:1 and group meetings with staff to keep them informed and goal oriented
Updating and maintaining appropriate programming for clients
Provide parent training, resources and guidance to ensure the quality of care.

Review clinical documentation and data collection; provide feedback as needed.
