The Opportunity
Are you a customer service virtuoso who loves the "hustle" of a busy production floor? We are looking for a Senior Customer Service & Production Specialist who is as comfortable building client relationships as they are managing a high-volume print queue. This is a pivotal role for a proactive, high-energy individual who stays cool under pressure and loves being part of a team that wins together. This isn’t your first rodeo; you’ve done this role before and are considered exceptional by your peers and clients. Key Responsibilities
- Champion the Client Experience: Serve as the "face" of the company. You’ll guide clients through the entire process—from the first "hello" to the final delivery—ensuring they feel supported and confident. Your goal is to turn every project into a seamless, positive experience. You should have no reluctance to call and ask the clients for project status or decision updates.
- Dynamic Project Management & Quoting: Take ownership of the workflow. You’ll use our smart quoting and management tools to keep projects moving on time and on budget. You’ll be the bridge between a client’s vision and a finished product, communicating proactively every step of the way.
- High-Octane Workflow Coordination: Manage the production queue with a "get it done" attitude. You’ll prioritize jobs on the fly, identify ways to clear bottlenecks, and keep the team's momentum high. Whether it’s automating a repetitive task or jumping in to help a teammate, you do whatever it takes to ensure timely output.
- Hands-On Print & Finishing Operations: Get stuck into the craft. You’ll operate and maintain a wide variety of large and small format digital printers and finishing equipment. You’ll use your expertise to ensure top-tier quality, taking pride in every piece of work that leaves our shop.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital print or sign shop environment, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of digital printing processes and finishing techniques.
- Proven Customer Service Excellence: A track record of building strong client relationships, impeccable listening skills, and exceptional follow-through.
- "Can-Do" Attitude & Resilient Spirit: Possess a friendly personality, a highly organized and proactive approach, and a tenacious drive to "get it done" accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated understanding and eagerness to apply Artificial Intelligence for workflow automation, data analysis, and enhanced decision-making.
- Exceptional Communication: Articulate, professional, and adept at clearly conveying complex information both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, maintain a safe and clean work area, and report to work as scheduled to support business operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific print management software or CRM systems that incorporate AI functionalities.
- A portfolio or examples of how you've previously leveraged technology to improve efficiency in a professional setting.
- Certifications or continuous learning in areas like digital printing technology, AI fundamentals, or project management.
