Job Overview

Ready Contractors, Inc., a trusted name in the eastern North Carolina construction industry since 1969, is seeking a motivated and professional WFH Appointment Setter to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional workmanship and reliable service, and we are looking for an individual who shares our dedication to quality. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a self-starter who excels at building initial connections with potential clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our growth by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

This is a remote position based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in Atlanta, Georgia. The salary for this role ranges from $97,499 to $124,950 USD per annum.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Clearly articulate the value of Ready Contractors, Inc.'s construction services to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a suitable match for our offerings.
Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales and consultation teams, managing their calendars effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and appointment-setting activities within our CRM system.
Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads to convert them into scheduled appointments.
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in a similar role, such as appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A high degree of self-motivation and the discipline to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
(Desirable) Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry.
