Full Job Description

Core Landscape, a division of ASD|SKY|CORE, is a design/build firm offering landscape architecture and in-house construction services. Core Landscape has an immediate opening for a Landscape Architect with 1-3 years of professional experience for our Atlanta, GA office. Project types include both residential and commercial, repositioning, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse.

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position:

1-3 years of professional experience in the landscape architecture field
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university in Landscape Architecture or Planning is required
Must demonstrate strong skills in all aspects of a project phase including schematic design, construction documentation, permitting, project management, and construction administration
Ideal candidate should be focused on design, drawing and production technical skills
Ideal candidate must be passionate about working on a variety of projects simultaneously and care about executing drawings at a high-level
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe, and SketchUp, Enscape / or other rendering software
Ability to work in a collaborative, studio environment

Other position qualifications include:

Strong design and graphics skills
Technical knowledge of landscape construction
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under deadlines
Strong working knowledge of plants
Candidate is preferred to be registered or on path to registration.
