B4M AUTOS is a fast-growing independent used car dealership specializing in clean-title, low-mileage vehicles and flexible financing solutions. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate sales, increase brand awareness, and expand our customer base through innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain financing options and assist customers with credit applications.
- Follow up on internet leads and convert prospects into buyers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM system.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Create and post vehicle advertisements on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online marketplaces.
- Develop engaging marketing content, including photos, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage online listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, and other free sites/platforms.
- Generate and nurture sales leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct email and SMS marketing campaigns to prospective customers.
- Assist in organizing dealership promotions, special events, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend strategies to improve lead generation and sales conversion.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales or marketing experience highly preferred but not required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation Structure
Monthly Vehicles Sold Commission Per Vehicle
1 – 5 Vehicles $200 per vehicle
6 – 10 Vehicles $225 per vehicle
11+ Vehicles $250 per vehicle
Performance Bonuses
- Sell 8 vehicles/month: Additional $300 bonus
- Sell 10 vehicles/month: Additional $500 bonus
- Sell 12 or more vehicles/month: Additional $1,000 bonus
Base Salary (Based on Monthly Performance)
Monthly Vehicles Sold Monthly Base Salary
0 – 5 Vehicles $960
6 – 10 Vehicles $1400
11-15 Vehicles $2,000
15+ Vehicles $2500

Expected Earnings
- 5 vehicles sold: Approximately $1960/month
- 8 vehicles sold: Approximately $3500/month
- 10 vehicles sold: Approximately $4,750/month
