Full Job Description

MCOCOD specializes in modern, high-quality shower room products, including shower doors and hardware.

We are currently seeking an experienced Bath Designer / Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, construction managers, and the project team to develop and execute beautiful interior remodeling projects. Your primary focus will be bathroom and cabinetry design. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and remodeling goals for bathroom and interior projects.
Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the design and sales process.
Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and product applications.
Assist with outside sales efforts by promoting design services to prospective customers and expanding the client base.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database for future reference.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Create creative design concepts, floor plans, and elevations using 20/20 Design software.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations for client review and approval.

Skills & Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in 20/20 Design software.
Solid understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
Knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling processes and materials.
Experience promoting products and services.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong sales ability with a focus on closing deals.
Natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in bath design, cabinetry design, interior remodeling, or construction.

Schedule Expectations

Full-time position
8-hour shift
In-office: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (one hour lunch)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000 per year plus commission
Paid time off
