Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and execution of campaign events, ensuring seamless operations.
Work closely with the Events Manager to oversee all event specifics and logistics.
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and event attendees, addressing their questions and needs.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients and sponsors.
Track sales targets and performance metrics to ensure campaign goals are met.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with a high attention to detail.
Capability to manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
A positive attitude and adaptability.
One-year event planning, coordination, or support experience is preferable, but not required.
Must be able to work on-site.
