Entry-Level Account Executive

Location: Roswell, GA (100% In-Office)

About the Role

We're looking for ambitious individuals who are ready to build a career in sales and business development. Previous staffing or recruiting experience isn't required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

As an Entry-Level Account Executive, you'll work with companies to understand their hiring needs, develop new business relationships, and provide customized staffing solutions. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders who are invested in your growth.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
Learn clients' hiring needs and develop staffing solutions that solve real business challenges.
Partner with our recruiting team to match top technical talent with open positions.
Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate activity in our CRM.
Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client partnerships.
