Title: General Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $110k/yr - $115k/yr

Sign-on bonus: $1500

Relocation assistance: $2500

Life as a General Manager:

As a General Manager with Superhost Hospitality at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport North, you will lead the charge in ensuring the overall success and excellence of our establishment. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and more.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals.
Handling financial management, budget planning, and ensuring profitability.
Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:

Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Hospitality Management: Extensive experience in hotel management or a related field.
