We are growing our team at the Atlanta dealership for the national closet, and home storage solution brand Inspired Closets.

We are looking for full-time salespeople, preferably with sales experience, who have a creative vision which enables them to design and sell home storage and organization solutions. This person should be a self-motivated sales consultant who enjoys selling in-home directly to consumers, but who also can make presentations and create long-lasting partnerships with Builders, Remodelers and Interior Designers.

As a new member of the team you would be driven to create results. Our Designer Sales Consultants are 100% commission-based following a paid 8 week training period. Once your training in our unique systems and processes is completed, and besides your personal efforts to grow your book of business, you will be supplied with company-generated leads as they arise. Our ultimate objective is to help you become successful.

Our closet and home organizational onboarding training is second-to-none, and our goal is to enable you to waste no time in putting your particular talents to full use.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Three years of sales experience.
No college degree is necessary, just a desire to help others, win and be successful.
A prior record of success, particularly in the sales arena.
An interest in the success of the clients you visit on our behalf.
An enjoyment of the communication process and the knowledge that success in sales is due to a high degree of empathy, skill and exceptional communication skills.

You should have prior B2C sales experience, or comparable work experiences.
You have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly. Our proprietary design tools and Envision augmented reality experience are key differentiators for our business.
You are willing to replicate and implement our successful step-by-step selling process.
You are a friendly and empathetic team player, with a talent for design and creative thinking.
You are constantly looking for new business and have an ability to recognize and initiate new selling opportunities.
You have a strong, self-driven work ethic and demand integrity and honesty from yourself and those you work with - teammates and partners and customers alike.
You are an individual with an interest in helping our brand succeed.
You love being part of a successful team and are passionate about delivering a one-of-kind customer experience.
You can think on the fly with financial and client-incentive solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Self-motivated to engage in networking and community activities to generate and close new business.
Deliver an exceptional client experience.
Develop relationships with prospective customers.
Design solutions to address your customer's needs and wants.
Maintain appropriate contact to continue to mine opportunities for future annuity business.
Reliable transportation for appointments throughout the Atlanta Metro area.
Open availability Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend appointments
