Full Job Description

MDU Sales Professional

Gigafy is growing, and we're looking for someone to lead the charge getting our fiber into apartment communities, condos, and other multi-unit properties. This is a relationship-driven B2B sales role. You'll be the person building connections with property managers, developers, and building owners, walking them through what we offer, and closing deals that put reliable fiber in front of hundreds of residents at a time. If you know how to work a territory, you're comfortable running a deal from first cold call to signed contract, and you actually enjoy the chase of landing a big account, this is a role you'll like.

What you'll be doing

Finding and pursuing MDU opportunities across your territory, prospecting, cold calling, and building a pipeline you own from end to end.
Running the full sales cycle: first contact, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
Building real relationships with property managers, owners, and developers, the kind that lead to repeat business and referrals.
Getting to know your market: who's building what, which properties are up for grabs, and where we should be focused.
Keeping your pipeline organized in our CRM so we can forecast and support you.
Working alongside our marketing team on campaigns that get Gigafy in front of the right properties.
Staying involved after the sale, making sure the property and its residents are happy, and spotting chances to grow the account.

What we're focused on

Our bread and butter is bulk agreements, where the property brings Gigafy fiber to every unit. That's where you'll spend most of your energy. We'll also do retail, or resident opt-in deals, but only when the property gives us an exclusive marketing agreement, meaning we're the provider they promote on-site. So lead with bulk, and only chase retail when we've got that exclusivity locked in.

What we're looking for

Real B2B sales experience, ideally in telecom, technology, or something with a technical angle. Inside or outside sales, both work.
Someone who can run their own negotiations, close confidently, and juggle several deals at once without dropping the ball.
A track record of hitting (and beating) targets in a territory you were responsible for.
Comfort with a CRM like Salesforce or something similar, you keep your deals updated and your reporting clean.
A strong communicator who builds trust fast and keeps clients happy for the long haul.
Bonus points if you understand fiber, telecom infrastructure, or how this stuff actually works.
Self-motivated and able to run your own day, this role gives you a lot of independence, and we're counting on you to use it.

What we offer

A base salary of $60,000 per year, so you've got stability while you build your pipeline.
10% commission (of the total sale) on every deal you close.
