Job Title: In-Home Caregiver/PCA/CNA – Chamblee, Ellenwood & Stockbridge, GA

Job Summary

Senior Concierge Shoppe LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional In-Home Caregivers to support clients in Chamblee, Ellenwood, and Stockbridge, Georgia.

Our caregivers provide essential non-medical assistance that helps older adults and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The ideal candidate is committed to protecting each client’s dignity and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Available Assignments

Chamblee, GA

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
16 hours per week

Ellenwood, GA

Monday–Friday
11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
30 hours per week

Stockbridge, GA

Monday–Friday
9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
20 hours per week

Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, and toileting assistance.
Assist with safe mobility, repositioning, walking, and gentle range-of-motion activities.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to the client’s dietary needs and preferences.
Provide medication reminders without administering medications.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and other approved household tasks related to the client’s care.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities that support their emotional and mental well-being.
Observe and document changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or care needs.
Complete accurate caregiver notes after every shift.
Promptly report concerns or changes to the appropriate supervisor.
Assist with approved transportation, shopping, and errands when required.
Work respectfully with clients, family members, and members of the client’s healthcare team.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, professional standards, and client care plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous caregiving experience with older adults or individuals with disabilities, dementia, or memory-care needs is preferred.
CNA certification is preferred and may be required for certain assignments.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance if providing client transportation.
Ability to assist clients safely with mobility-related needs.
Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
Dependable, punctual, patient, compassionate, and professional.
Ability to pass all required background screenings.
Must understand and maintain client privacy and confidentiality.
