Company Description

Central Atlanta Tractor Sales, Inc. is a heavy construction machinery company based in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves as an authorized dealer of new SANY and Bell equipment. The company offers a large inventory of new and used equipment and a rental fleet of over 150 pieces. With a comprehensive shop for equipment servicing and a team of traveling field technicians, Central Atlanta Tractor Sales provides repair and service support for multiple brands of construction equipment. Additionally, the company specializes in preventive maintenance services and offers a parts department supplying both OEM and aftermarket parts for all equipment makes and models.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Representative, located in Atlanta, GA. The Parts Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with identifying, sourcing, and purchasing parts for construction machinery. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, fulfilling parts orders, processing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with both the sales and service teams to support customer needs effectively. Salary range is estimated and will ultimately be decided based on experience

Qualifications

Experience with parts inventory management, sourcing, and ordering for heavy machinery
Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive client relationships
Basic knowledge of construction equipment and mechanical parts terminology
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and providing accurate information
Previous experience in the heavy equipment or construction industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to machinery service or parts management are beneficial

Pay: $22.81 - $32.81 per hour
