If you've spent the last few years as a prosecutor, public defender, or criminal defense attorney, you already have the advocacy, courtroom confidence, and litigation skills we value. Located in the heart of Atlanta, TDE Family Law & Divorce Attorneys is one of Georgia's growing family law firms, known for delivering outstanding client service, strong courtroom advocacy, and exceptional results. We are building an elite litigation team and are looking for attorneys who are hungry to grow, eager to learn, and ready to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, contempt, modifications, and other family law matters
Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
Manage a caseload from initial consultation through final resolution with mentorship and support
Develop case strategy designed to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and trial materials
Work closely with experienced paralegals and legal assistants to move cases efficiently
Build trusted relationships with clients while providing strategic legal counsel
Participate in litigation strategy sessions and collaborative case planning

What We're Looking For

Juris Doctor (JD)
Active Georgia Bar license in good standing
Minimum of two years of courtroom litigation experience
Prosecutor, Public Defender, or Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred
Excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and legal writing skills
Ability to think quickly under pressure and confidently advocate in court
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment
