As we head into our peak season, we’re looking for a Seasonal Hotel Operations Manager through September 30, 2026, to help lead the charge during our highest-energy months. This role is for someone who thrives when the pace is fast, guest expectations are high, and every day brings something new. You anticipate issues before they surface, stay calm under pressure, and jump in wherever the operation needs support.
You’ll lead and support teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and daily resort operations, ensuring seamless stays for our guests while creating an environment where the team feels supported, empowered, and proud of the work they do.

What You'll Own
As our Seasonal Operations Manager, you'll keep the entire resort running smoothly while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional hospitality every day.
Your responsibilities include:

Leading the daily operations of the resort with a visible, hands-on leadership style.

Supporting Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and overall property operations.

Building an engaged, accountable, and service-driventeamculture.

Coaching team members, providing feedback, and developing future leaders.

Creating memorable guest experiences by proactively resolving concerns and exceeding expectations.

Monitoring resort appearance, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

Managing schedules, labor costs, departmental expenses, and operational performance.

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate the guest journey.

Partnering with corporate teams to successfully implement company initiatives.

Ensuring the resort is always ready to welcome guests with pride.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership experience in hotel or resort operations.

Experience overseeing multiple operational departments.

Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.

Experience with scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and operational reporting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal business demands.
