About Us

What You'll Be Doing

Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
Deliver quality product on schedule while providing excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers regarding deliveries.
Maintain compliance with company safety policies, DOT regulations, and operational procedures.

What Are We Looking For

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing delivery schedules.
Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to perform job duties in a physically active, outdoor work environment.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
