Position Overview
The Front Office / Operations Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting company leadership, field operations, and administrative compliance. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong written communication skills, solid IT and software proficiency, and the ability to manage a wide variety of responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities
This role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide front office and general administrative support to company leadership
- File, organize, and maintain digital and physical records
- Run errands and assist with day-to-day office needs as required
- Monitor, order, and manage office supplies and equipment
- Review and reconcile company credit card receipts
- Maintain an organized, efficient office environment
Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist with certified payroll preparation and tracking (Davis-Bacon compliance)
- Help with payroll processing and administrative payroll support
- Track and manage employee certifications, training records, and renewals
- Track, renew, and maintain company General Contractor licenses
- Assist with federal compliance documentation and internal reporting
Asset, Vehicle & Equipment Tracking
- Track company vehicles, equipment, and asset locations
- Monitor and file vehicle inspection reports
- Maintain records related to vehicles, assets, and inspections
IT & Technology Support
- Provide basic IT and software support for office systems
- Assist with troubleshooting common technology issues
- Maintain organized digital file systems and cloud-based tools
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with common business software
Technical & Written Support
- Assist with writing and formatting technical write-ups and internal documents
- Communicate professionally and clearly in writing
- Support proposal or compliance-related documentation as needed
Required Skills & Qualities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills (professional, educated writing style)
- Solid computer, software, and basic IT skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, government contracting, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with certified payroll or federal labor compliance
- Experience supporting operations, accounting, or office management
- Experience managing licenses, certifications, or compliance tracking

Salary Range:
$40,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience and skill set.
