Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Analyst and become a vital driver of supply chain excellence! In this energetic role, you will analyze and optimize logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination across inventory management, transportation, and warehouse distribution. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Duties

Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Coordinate transportation planning and freight management to ensure timely delivery of goods
Oversee inventory control procedures, including warehouse management system (WMS) updates and cycle counts
Manage shipping & receiving operations, including order fulfillment, picking & packing, and dispatching
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL), NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), and freight carriers to optimize road transportation operations
Utilize ERP systems such as AS400 and CMMS to track shipments, inventory levels, and operational metrics
Support procurement activities by sourcing materials and managing category procurement processes

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain management, or warehouse distribution roles
Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms
Familiarity with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping logistics
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data analysis tools, and supply chain analytics software
Ability to manage team operations effectively while ensuring compliance with transportation safety regulations
Hands-on experience with forklift operation, materials handling, packaging, and materials management
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on operational excellence and regulatory compliance
