Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality fishing-related content including videos, photography, blog posts, and social media updates that engage our target audience.
Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor social media analytics and marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and media performance analytics to refine content strategies.
Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and promotional campaigns including Facebook Advertising.
Use media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to create visually appealing graphics and videos that highlight fishing techniques, gear reviews, or outdoor adventures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms with a strong portfolio of multimedia projects related to outdoor activities or fishing.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Skilled in video editing software with the ability to produce engaging visual stories.
Knowledge of social listening tools and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Familiarity with SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Strong writing skills with an eye for proofreading and editing to ensure clear messaging.
Experience in social media marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and overall social media content marketing strategies.
Ability to analyze social media analytics data to optimize content performance effectively.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across digital channels.
