We are looking for an experienced Remodel Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpentry and construction, including but not limited to, using power tools and performing general labor duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, finish carpentry, some roofing, light plumbing, light electrical, window and door installation, siding installation, hanging drywall, cabinet installation, caulking, controlled demolition of specific areas, light concrete pouring/finishing, and residential home remodeling in general. A strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be required to to work effectively with our company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Measure and mark layouts using basic math on materials using a ruler, pencil, chalk line, etc.
Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, and drills to cut wood, metal, and other materials.
Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or trim work using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, roof systems and doorframes.
Install fixtures such as windows, doors, doorframes, staircases, molding, and hardware.
Complete material pickups as required for projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
