Front Desk Team Member (Part-Time)Join the East Coast Fitness Team

We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and personable individual to be the face of East Coast Fitness during staffed hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a positive environment, and wants to grow with one of Worcester's premier private fitness facilities.

Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Assist with member check-ins, tours, membership inquiries, and administrative tasks
Confidently present membership options and help new members get started
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community events
Assist with daily gym operations and ensure an outstanding member experience

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude with a passion for health and fitness
Willingness to learn the business side of the fitness industry
Ability to safely lift and move at least 45 lbs

Availability Required

Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

(Schedule may vary based on business needs.)
