In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patient scheduling, ensuring smooth and efficient appointment management. Your energetic approach will help foster a welcoming environment, streamline clinic operations, and enhance patient experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a busy practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties

Manage patient schedules, including appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits
- Coordinate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient appointments and treatment plans
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Provide exceptional patient service and support to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
