*Overview* We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a culinary expert with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee the kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation to ensure the highest quality of culinary offerings. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and lead kitchen staff in daily food production activities - Develop and maintain menu offerings that meet quality standards and exceed guest expectations - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards - Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies - Collaborate with management to create innovative dishes and enhance the dining experience - Oversee banquet and catering operations - Train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques *Requirements* - Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry, preferably in fine dining establishments - Strong knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and menu planning - Excellent supervisory and organizational skills - Ability to maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and safety - Proficiency in inventory control and cost management - Certification in food safety is preferred - Hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
